Retro Gaming and Software Compatibility

Kento handheld devices may support various software, file formats, emulation environments, or user-provided content depending on the product configuration.

References to compatibility with a particular platform, format, generation, or type of software describe technical compatibility only and do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or authorization by any third-party trademark or copyright owner.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of software, game files, ROMs, BIOS files, media, or other content complies with applicable laws and any applicable licenses.

Orders

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to reject or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, inventory issues, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, including our disclosed 15% restocking fee on eligible discretionary returns, except where prohibited by law.

Warranty

Products covered by a Kento warranty are subject to the warranty terms displayed with the product or provided with the order.

Unless otherwise stated, warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper charging, liquid damage, neglect, or normal cosmetic wear.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual Property

The Kento name, logos, branding, website design, graphics, product photography, written content, and other Kento-created materials are owned by or licensed to Kento and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.
